מחיקת הנתונים שלכם מזולי

זולי לא דורשת הרשמה ואין בה חשבון משתמש, ולכן אין "חשבון" למחוק. עדיין, אפשר לבקש בכל רגע שנמחק את כל מה ששמור אצלנו ומקושר למכשיר שלכם. אנחנו מוחקים בלי לשאול שאלות.
איך מבקשים מחיקה — שני צעדים
- שלחו לנו מייל עם הנושא "מחיקת נתונים".
✉ פתחו מייל מוכן למחיקה - צרפו את מזהה המכשיר שלכם. תמצאו אותו באפליקציה במסך ההגדרות,
למטה (מחרוזת קצרה בסגנון
dev-a1b2c3). אפשר גם פשוט לכתוב "מחקו הכל" ולציין מתי בערך השתמשתם באפליקציה — נמצא ונמחק.
נמחק תוך 30 יום לכל היותר, ונחזור אליכם באישור. אין צורך בהוכחת זהות כי איננו מחזיקים בשום מידע מזהה מלכתחילה.
מה נמחק
- מזהה המכשיר האקראי שנוצר באפליקציה (למשל
dev-a1b2c3) - ההעדפות והתיקונים שלימדתם את זולי (למשל ש"קולה" אצלכם זה פפסי)
- רשימות הקניות ששמרתם והתבניות השמורות
- רישומי השימוש המקושרים למזהה הזה (חיפושים, השוואות)
מה לא נמחק — ולמה
- קטלוג המוצרים והמחירים. הוא מגיע מקבצי שקיפות המחירים הרשמיים של הרשתות ואינו מידע שלכם.
- נתונים סטטיסטיים מצטברים ואנונימיים שכבר אינם מקושרים למכשיר שלכם ולא ניתן לשייך אותם לאדם (למשל "כמה אנשים חיפשו חלב השבוע"). לפי מדיניותנו לעולם לא נמכור מידע מזהה.
- אין צורך לבקש — יש גם מחיקה אוטומטית. נתוני שימוש גולמיים נמחקים אוטומטית לאחר 180 יום, וטקסט הרשימה כפי שהוקלד נמחק כבר לאחר 30 יום — גם אם לא פניתם אלינו כלל.
- גיבויים. עותקי גיבוי מוצפנים נמחקים אוטומטית בתוך 90 יום.
מחיקה מיידית בעצמכם
הסרת האפליקציה מהמכשיר מוחקת מיד את כל מה ששמור מקומית, כולל הרשימות ומזהה המכשיר. אחרי הסרה, המזהה הישן כבר לא מקושר אליכם ואפשר לבקש את מחיקתו מהשרת כמתואר למעלה.

Delete your Zolli data

Zolli requires no sign-up and has no user account, so there is no account to delete. You can still ask us at any time to erase everything we hold that is tied to your device. We delete without asking questions.
How to request deletion — two steps
- Email us with the subject "Data deletion".
✉ Open a pre-filled email - Include your device ID. Find it in the app's Settings screen at the
bottom (a short string like
dev-a1b2c3). Or simply write "delete everything" and roughly when you used the app — we will find it and delete it.
We delete within 30 days at the latest and reply to confirm. No identity proof is needed, because we hold no identifying information in the first place.
What gets deleted
- The random device identifier generated by the app (e.g.
dev-a1b2c3) - The preferences and corrections you taught Zolli (e.g. that "cola" means Pepsi for you)
- Your saved shopping lists and saved templates
- Usage records linked to that identifier (searches, comparisons)
What is kept — and why
- The product and price catalogue. It comes from the chains' official price-transparency files and is not your data.
- Aggregated, anonymous statistics that are no longer linked to your device and cannot be traced to a person (e.g. "how many people searched for milk this week"). Per our policy we will never sell identifying data.
- You don't have to ask — deletion also happens on its own. Raw usage data is deleted automatically after 180 days, and the list text as you typed it after 30 days — whether or not you ever contact us.
- Backups. Encrypted backup copies expire automatically within 90 days.
Delete it yourself, instantly
Uninstalling the app immediately erases everything stored locally, including your lists and the device identifier. After uninstalling, the old identifier is no longer linked to you and you can request its removal from the server as described above.
